“I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. 5 But I will warn you whom to fear: fear Him who, after He has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear Him! 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. 7 Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
At first glance a sparrow is just a little brown bird. Yet, the Bible says that five sparrows can be sold for two cents and not one is forgotten. So when wondering about your value contrast it with that of a sparrow. God has numbered the hairs on our heads.
Even a sparrow declares the handiwork of God. On closer examination one can see that the details, the shading and the blending of the browns of this seemingly unimportant creature are intricate and delicate. Meditate on the beauty of the sparrow, insignificant though it may seem it still testifies to the Creator God.

I started snapping photos after I retired. I wandered in a Photography Club meeting and my life has never been the same.
I take the photos that are appealing to me, pleasing to the eye and captivate the viewer.
I prefer candid shots of people being people as well as nature shots.
I like to incorporate my photos into the devotionals that I write. Telling a story with my photos is my favorite thing to do. The photo below is a perfect example of Gentiles being grafted into the Kingdom. We're not the same but co-exist beautifully with the ones who came before us.
